A huge weight has lifted from my shoulders, at least for the next 30 days. Teenager is in Missouri visiting her dad and his family. 30 days of not having to worry about whether or not she's pregnant, sneaking out of the house, or doing drugs. 30 days of not hearing "what's for dinner" the second I walk in the door from work. 30 days of not finding dishes all over the house from late night/early morning snacks. I hope she has fun. I hope she stays safe. I hope she calls and says: I want to live with dad. He deserves a turn. Love, me
